Based on the Earth Federation Forces unit featured in Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO, this large-scale military model kit recreates the formidable Type 61 tank with an exceptional level of surface detail and realism.

Designed in 1/35 scale, the Type 61 features the dense mechanical detailing expected from Bandai’s U.C. Hard Graph series. Anti-slip surface textures, weld lines, armor panels, hatches, exhaust components, suspension details, and other small mechanical features are carefully reproduced throughout the vehicle, giving the completed model the appearance of a realistic futuristic main battle tank.

The Type 61’s most recognizable feature is its enormous twin-cannon turret. The large main guns dominate the silhouette and give the vehicle a distinctive appearance unlike conventional modern tanks. The turret and weapon systems can be positioned for different display configurations, making the finished model especially effective in battlefield and firing-position dioramas.

Flexible belt-style tracks are included, simplifying construction while maintaining a convincing appearance around the running gear.
