Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items can be found in the product description below. Please note we will only dispatch entire delivery/pick-up orders when all items, including those on pre-order, are available.

To prevent delays in receiving your order, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. We would advise selecting 'Gundam Safe' as your shipping method due to its superior flexibility; please see the Gundam Safe page for more details. We will promptly notify you via email once your pre-ordered items arrive.

Some items may be pre-order only, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Pre-ordered items are fulfilled on a 'first come, first served' basis. We strive to fulfill all pre-orders. However, if your pre-order cannot be fulfilled in the first batch, you may request a refund for the total amount or remain in queue for the next batch. We will provide estimated time of arrival dates for future batches so you may make an informed decision.

We will strive to allocate inventory for both pre-orders and our warehouse. The number of pre-orders will be a portion of our total order from Bandai. Please note that the estimated arrival date is set by our supplier and is subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your preorder, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

We offer a 20% non-refundable deposit for preorders over $300. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the item arrives at our warehouse.

The Gundam Assemble Expansion Pack 02 [EX02] expands the tactical possibilities of the Gundam Assemble game with a set focused on long-range combat specialists and new token-based strategic mechanics.

This expansion introduces three new miniatures designed to excel at long-distance engagements, allowing players to control the battlefield from range and apply pressure on opponents from safer positions. Alongside these units, the pack adds new gameplay mechanics that utilize tokens for strategic effects, opening up additional tactical choices during play.

With new unit cards and tactics cards, players can experiment with ranged strategies, coordinated support roles, and resource-based abilities to strengthen their army’s effectiveness.

    We will hold your order(s) in our warehouse so that it may be shipped with future orders.

    You may also request item transfers from our Victoria, BC warehouse to our Markham, ON warehouse at no additional cost. Simply select delivery, delivery method, Transfer to Markham, address required for the option to appear.

    Each order will be photographed and sent to you once it has been set aside.
