Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items can be found in the product description below. Please note we will only dispatch entire delivery/pick-up orders when all items, including those on pre-order, are available.
To prevent delays in receiving your order, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. We would advise selecting 'Gundam Safe' as your shipping method due to its superior flexibility; please see the Gundam Safe page for more details. We will promptly notify you via email once your pre-ordered items arrive.
Some items may be pre-order only, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Pre-ordered items are fulfilled on a 'first come, first served' basis. We strive to fulfill all pre-orders. However, if your pre-order cannot be fulfilled in the first batch, you may request a refund for the total amount or remain in queue for the next batch. We will provide estimated time of arrival dates for future batches so you may make an informed decision.
We will strive to allocate inventory for both pre-orders and our warehouse. The number of pre-orders will be a portion of our total order from Bandai. Please note that the estimated arrival date is set by our supplier and is subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your preorder, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
We offer a 20% non-refundable deposit for preorders over $300. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the item arrives at our warehouse.

This comprehensive starter set provides the foundational "Silhouette" base body, complete with all the necessary armor and weapon parts to transform it into the agile Land Hunter.
The Silhouette body offers exceptional human-like flexibility and articulation, making it adaptable for a wide array of poses and scenarios. Articulation points in the head and neck enable expressive nuances, from a tucked chin to a jutted-out face. The meticulously engineered shoulder joints ensure that the body's natural lines remain intact, even during dynamic and bold poses. Further enhancing its poseability, movable axes in the chest, torso, and waist, combined with a sliding mechanism at the base of the waist joint, work in harmony to achieve incredibly natural and fluid posing.
