From Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz, the Gundam Sandrock Custom EW joins the modern High Grade lineup with an all-new design focused on screen-accurate proportions, refined articulation, and expressive posing. This release recreates the elegant yet heavily armored appearance of Quatre Raberba Winner’s upgraded Gundam while introducing updated engineering that allows the kit to reproduce its memorable combat stances from the OVA.

The model uses a newly developed Wing-series internal frame designed specifically to capture the proportions and movement of the Endless Waltz mobile suits. Articulation throughout the shoulders, torso, hips, and legs supports natural defensive stances, wide slashing motions, and dynamic two-handed weapon poses while maintaining the clean body lines of the original design.

One of the kit’s most distinctive features is the anti-beam coating cloak, recreated using a newly developed soft material. The cloak can be equipped without severely restricting the model’s movement, allowing Sandrock Custom to maintain a dramatic silhouette while still performing a variety of action poses. Dedicated armor parts are included for attaching the cloak securely to the body.

The signature Heat Shotels are reproduced in full, with two standard blades included for normal display. Clear effect parts are also provided to recreate the weapons in their superheated state, adding greater visual impact to close-combat poses. Thanks to the wide shoulder articulation, the model can hold the Heat Shotels in sweeping slashes, crossed defensive positions, or powerful overhead attacks inspired by scenes from Endless Waltz.

The armor is carefully separated into multiple molded colors, allowing the Sandrock Custom’s distinctive white, dark blue, gold, and red appearance to be reproduced with minimal need for painting. Stickers are included for smaller color details, while the updated proportions and sharp surface sculpting give the completed model a refined, high-end appearance.

With its new Wing-series frame, flexible anti-beam cloak, dual Heat Shotels, and heated blade effects, the HG Gundam Sandrock Custom EW delivers an excellent balance of articulation, visual presence, and display variety.
