Pre-Order Policy!!

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items can be found in the product description below. Please note we will only dispatch entire delivery/pick-up orders when all items, including those on pre-order, are available.

To prevent delays in receiving your order, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. We would advise selecting 'Gundam Safe' as your shipping method due to its superior flexibility; please see the Gundam Safe page for more details. We will promptly notify you via email once your pre-ordered items arrive.

Some items may be pre-order only, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Pre-ordered items are fulfilled on a 'first come, first served' basis. We strive to fulfill all pre-orders. However, if your pre-order cannot be fulfilled in the first batch, you may request a refund for the total amount or remain in queue for the next batch. We will provide estimated time of arrival dates for future batches so you may make an informed decision.

We will strive to allocate inventory for both pre-orders and our warehouse. The number of pre-orders will be a portion of our total order from Bandai. Please note that the estimated arrival date is set by our supplier and is subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your preorder, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

The figure features Mika in an original floating pose with wings outspread, as though descending from the heavens, and a finger held up to her innocent and sweet smile. The elegant gesture highlights her adorable and eye-catching charm, which is sure to win you over.

Her skirt has been carefully sculpted to give a fluffy and lightweight appearance, with a night sky design on the underside to contrast the bright and pastel tones of the figure.

Careful attention has been paid to Mika's luscious hair, wings and halo to achieve a visually appealing balance.

The stained glass inspired base utilizes acrylic to provide a translucent appearance, adding to the airiness of the design.

$5 local delivery fee for Great Victoria Area. Free local pickup at Broadmead Area or Tullican Mall
Flat Rate Shipping

$15 Flat rate shipping all across Canada. $10 for orders over $200 Free shipping for orders over $350. We will add "Do Not safe drop" to packages over $100

FAQs

Do I need to Paint It?

You could but you don't have to! The Gundam Model kits comes with pre-color pieces, you only need a nipper to start! However, panel lining, painted parts will make it even better!

How long does it take for shipping?

It only depends on where you live. We are located in Victoria, BC, and we usually ship out orders via Canada Post on the same day or second day after we receive it. We will send you tracking information after we fulfill the order.

I live in Victoria area. How Do I pick up my order?

Local pickup by appointment Only. Our pickup location is at Boardmead Village Plaza near our warehouse. Just confirm with us before you leave and we will be there to wait you. We also offer local pickup at Tullican mall/Pearkes by appointment.
