Please kindly complete the form for parts replacement requests before you place an order. We will verify availability and respond within one business day. Please leave the Kit name, Runner, and Parts number in the comment section.

Orders placed prior to our confirmation will be automatically canceled, with a refund issued minus a $5 processing fee.

($5 is the cost for up to 2 parts of the same kit)

We will mail your replacement parts with bubble wrap in the bubble mail. We highly recommend adding another kit to your order. This allows us to securely place the part inside the kit for safer shipping!

    Shipping and Delivery

    • Gundam Safe is Free

      We will hold your order(s) in our warehouse so that it may be shipped with future orders.

      You may also request item transfers from our Victoria, BC warehouse to our Markham, ON warehouse at no additional cost. Simply select delivery, delivery method, Transfer to Markham, address required for the option to appear.

      Each order will be photographed and sent to you once it has been set aside.

      Best of all, there is no time limit!

      Local delivery fee for Greater Victoria Area  - $5

      FREE local pickup in the Broadmead Area or at Tillicum Centre, Victoria, BC.

      FREE local pickup at our Markham Warehouse (190 Enterprise Blvd.)

    • Flat Rate Shipping

      Flat rate shipping all across Canada. - $15

      Orders between $200 - $350. - $10

      Free shipping over $350.

      We will add "Do not safe drop" to packages over $100.
