RG #19 MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame (2015)

The Gundam Astray series, clandestinely developed by weapons manufacturer Morgenroete using purloined technology from the Alliance's G-Project, stands as a testament to covert engineering. Amid ZAFT's assault on Heliopolis, the Orb government ordered the Astrays' destruction. However, the MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame, fortuitously abandoned due to a dissident's intervention, was salvaged by Lowe Guele of the Junk Guild. The Astray series, despite lacking the GAT-X series' Phase Shift Armor, showcases superior agility, as epitomized by Lowe's giant katana, the 'Gerbera Straight'.

The RG Red Astray model kit maintains full posability, thanks to its sturdy frame. While it includes the standard shield, rifle, and saber equipment typically found in most Gundams, the true centerpiece is the Gerbera Straight giant katana, finished in an exquisite reflective chrome. Complemented by the striking red-white color scheme, this kit is perfect for those who don't wish to compromise on either style or substance.

The RG series employs the latest in injection-molding technology, striving to provide a novel building experience for both seasoned and beginner modelers. A pre-assembled inner frame makes construction straightforward, with finely sculpted parts to be affixed on top.

Every RG model is designed with an emphasis on realism. Detailed decals, nuanced parts, color separation, dynamic posability, and innovative mechanical gimmicks come together to ensure your model stands out without the need for any additional modification.

Upon completion, the model stands approximately 120mm tall. There's no need for glue or plastic cement for assembly.
