The SNAA 1/144 The Round Table Knights Iron Sickle Kay is a highly detailed original mecha model kit from SNAA’s popular Beyond Exquisite (BE) Round Table Knights series, combining medieval knight-inspired armor with a futuristic mechanical frame and an unusually aggressive scythe-based weapon system.

Known as the White Death Reaper, Iron Sickle Kay is designed as a close-combat unit built around speed, mobility, and overwhelming melee presence. While many of the Round Table Knights rely on swords, lances, or more traditional knight-style weapons, Iron Sickle Kay immediately stands apart through its massive primary scythe and pair of secondary sickles.

Once assembled, the model stands approximately 14–15 cm tall, with the overall height reaching around 17 cm to the top of the head ornamentation depending on how it is measured. This gives Iron Sickle Kay a noticeably larger presence than many standard 1/144 scale HG-style kits while still fitting comfortably alongside other 1/144 mecha collections.

At the heart of the model is a fully articulated internal frame, one of the defining features of SNAA’s Round Table Knights line. Rather than using a simplified hollow construction, Iron Sickle Kay is built around a complete mechanical skeleton that gives the model a more involved building experience and supports a wide range of poses after assembly.

The internal frame also helps give the kit a more premium feel compared with many conventional 1/144 model kits. Multiple layers of armor are installed over the frame, creating a detailed mechanical appearance with visible separation between structural components and exterior armor.

Iron Sickle Kay’s styling combines elements of traditional knight armor with a much darker reaper-inspired theme.

Sharp armor edges, pointed shoulder sections, a distinctive horned head design, and aggressive lower-body proportions give the model a threatening silhouette even before the weapons are equipped. The color separation is handled through individually molded parts, allowing the finished model to achieve a detailed appearance without requiring full painting.

The main attraction is the enormous Heavy Iron Sickle.

This oversized scythe serves as Iron Sickle Kay’s signature weapon and completely changes the silhouette of the finished model when equipped. Its long shaft and large curved blade give the unit an exaggerated close-combat appearance, making it especially effective for wide swinging poses, execution-style stances, and dramatic two-handed attack displays.

Because of the weapon’s size, the included display support is particularly useful when creating more extreme action poses.
