They offer the most competitive prices regarding Gunpla. The pickup option for Toronto locals is great for saving some cash on shipping and the process is smooth from purchase to in-person meetup. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Fair warning: it is hard to stay on top of restocks and pre-orders; they sell out FAST.

Picked up a rare item at a reasonable price. Very glad these guys are supporting the hobby here on the island. Service was professional, short and sweet. They currently do not have a designated pick up warehouse so pick ups can be arranged with the staff.

A great store to buy gunpla from, super competitive prices, often the best in country. They also have multiple sales per year where the entire store is on discount (I.e blackfriday). Be sure to be on the lookout for those! They also provide convenient pick up option essily automated by their scheduling weblink. You can also reserve and hold your items in their private warehouse for free and buy progressively until you get tiered shipping discounts (with free ship in camada once your private stock reaches 350$ worth) which I just recently found out about, a great way to store your backlog until you need them!

Huge selection, great prices, transparent as to when things will get back in stock, and a great solution for buying in bulk. Really love this place. They not only re-ignited the passion I've had for Gundam since I was a teenager, but they also allowed me to introduce the hobby to my wife and son as well as they have a wide range of kits for different skill levels.

Ordered an MG Build Strike. The box arrived crunched and had skidmarks. A crushed edge would have meant poor package handling by a courier, but a severe crush on the side with a scratch like this means the damage was done by the retailer. Any genuine store would know how much it hurts to receive a damaged box. Edit: Thank you for your cordial response and a reimbursement. I'm sure now I will check in for another purchase from this store.

Good price and quality with fast delivery. My roommate and I have made several purchases of Gundam models at Gundam Extra. The store has a relatively comprehensive selection of Gundam series models for you to choose from. I would definitely choose the Gundam Extra again!

Came from BC to southern Ontario in 4 days! when I found this site I thought the prices were to good to be true, but after getting my gundams in perfect condition I can confirm this is the best place in Canada to get your Gunpla! plus they sell water slides and gunprimer supplies which I have found hard to find anywhere else

Great prices and service. I ordered replacement parts for a kit which they shipped to an alternate warehouse for pickup, and when they forgot to ship one of the parts they shipped it to my house free of charge and even threw in a HG kit as a gift. Overall an amazing ordering experience from Gundam Extra and I can say that i'll be ordering again.

Awesome place, quick shipping, perfect condition products and boxes, and quick and courteous service. I broke off a visor piece in such a way that i needed a replacement, and they got back to me with a suitable perfecf condition part pretty much imkediately. Highly recommended!

This Gunpla shop is one of the best ones in Canada with the lowest prices for Bandai kits. They are also the only shop that offers kit replacement parts which is amazing to have because Bandai do not ship replacement parts to Canada. I highly recommend this shop, they are very responsive to emails, and they accommodate requests. An example of this was when I mentioned my wife may buy something, and if she did to not send me an email so it wasn't spoiled. They indeed did not send one, and it wasn't spoiled for me. Very happy with this store. Do yourself a favor and buy from here.

Top notch experience. Their gundam vault is great for buying and shipping orders. Prices are fair. They have a part replacement program that has helped me out a few times and I really appreciate it. The only thing that would be nice if some kits came into their store sooner but that is a supplier issue and not a gundam extra issue.

I've only ordered from them once so far, but I had no problems doing so. Unfortunately they're on the other side of the country, so I wish their Markham location did shipping to cut down on delivery times. -1 star because most gunpla sellers reduce shipping at the $150 mark and offer free shipping at $300, while Gundam Extra discounts at $200 and offers free shipping at $350. Their prices are somewhat lower than other sellers, but the increased shipping costs even things out unless you're putting in a large or expensive order. I'd order from them a lot more often if their shipping rates were in line with other gunpla sellers.

Gundam extra is the only place in Canada that regularly stocks sought after and popular kits. As well as keeping their stock fresh by stocking rare and hard to find kits. Their pricing is the lowest out of any store in Canada by a large margin. They also offer great sales and deals. A big pro that I find they are doing differently is that they do not overcharge or “tax” the highly sought after kits. Examples would be PG, and MG ex kits. The customer service experience is top notch and the team is very quick to respond and provide great suggestions and support. My most recent purchase (photo provided) was an older kit I have been wanting to buy for a while now, and gundam extra was able to help me find this kit at an affordable price. Best store ever!!!

I’ve bought my kits and tools from GundamExtra for over a year now and I never had any issues with any of my orders. I specifically like their store transfer option for items that are not available at my location. It may take some time depending on their store transfer schedule, but no delivery fee required. Plus the kits are provided with additional safety and care for this option. Scheduling for local pick up is very easy and they have a wide range of hours you can choose from. Their pricing is also one of the reason I keep coming back for more since they are reasonable and will definitely help you save compare to buying from other stores.
