Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items can be found in the product description below. Please note we will only dispatch entire delivery/pick-up orders when all items, including those on pre-order, are available.

To prevent delays in receiving your order, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. We would advise selecting 'Gundam Safe' as your shipping method due to its superior flexibility; please see the Gundam Safe page for more details. We will promptly notify you via email once your pre-ordered items arrive.

Some items may be pre-order only, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Pre-ordered items are fulfilled on a 'first come, first served' basis. We strive to fulfill all pre-orders. However, if your pre-order cannot be fulfilled in the first batch, you may request a refund for the total amount or remain in queue for the next batch. We will provide estimated time of arrival dates for future batches so you may make an informed decision.

We will strive to allocate inventory for both pre-orders and our warehouse. The number of pre-orders will be a portion of our total order from Bandai. Remember, the estimated arrival date is set by our supplier and is subject to change without prior notice.

We will hold your order(s) in our warehouse so that it may be shipped with
future orders.

We will inform you once you have accumulated enough products for free or
reduced shipping. You may request your orders to be shipped at anytime or
continue to place additional orders.

Each order will be photographed and sent to you once it has been set aside.
